Yo no me suelo poner muy triste, mis emociones suelen ser más de agobio, ansiedad , miedo, frustración, a veces estas desembocan en tristeza, y en estos casos o me echo a dormir para no sentir ni pensar o me meto a internet que tb me desconecta.
A mí no me gusta paladear la tristeza, es como si saboreara clavos y fuego y muelles oxidados. |
Hasta no hace mucho deprimirme y entrar en un ciclo de ensoñaciones irreales y sentirme mal conmigo mismo, pero hace poco tiempo me llevé un palo tremendo, aunque previsible y me inundó una mezcla de miedo, tristeza y pena.
Sonó una alarma dentro de mi cabeza y decidí no pensar en lo mismo una y otra vez, cuando el miedo y la tristeza me embargaban, y mis temores eran/son muy fundados, decidí dejarme llevar por ellos, aprender de ellos. ¿Sabes qué? no son para tanto, se puede aguantar mucho y si esto es lo peor que me traerá la vida puedo resisitirlo. Desde entonces estoy más positivo, pienso en lo malo lo justito y ahora hago cosas, me da igual si lo que hago sale mejor o peor, hago cosas y tengo la seguridad que en el futuro seguiré haciendo cosas, seguro que más interesantes y provechosas todavía Funciona. A veces vivir lo peor es el mejor estadio del que sufre, es mucho peor estar temeroso de la catástrofe, inmovilizado, paralizado, aterrado por lo que puede suceder. Y si lo peor sé que lo soportaré me arriesgo, cada vez más, sabiendo que las cosas pueden salir mal y decepcionarme, pero lo aguantaré. |
