Brock, eso se hace desde aquí mismo, pulsando el botón de "insertar enlace" que ves en el cuadro de creación de mensajes, donde las opciones de texto, tipo de letra... etc.

Pulsas ese botón y te abre una ventanita donde te pide que pegues en enlace; tu pegas ahí lo que quieras pegar y al darle al ok se inserta en el texto del mensaje como html, y sin darle a nada verás una parte de texto seleccionada; esa parte es la que tienes que sustituir por el nombre que tu quieras, el nombre que quieras darle a ese enlace.
